Prices:
All prices are quoted in the currency stated upon this site, and the goods are sold under English law.
Delivery:
Goods ordered are normally dispatched within 7 days, all goods are ex stock from our warehouse. Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the user. Once goods have been delivered to you or your nominated recipient, we will not be liable for their subsequent loss or destruction. Full payment for goods is taken at the time of order. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
Returns:
You must inform us in writing via e-mail and return the goods within 7 working days of receipt. You must pay the costs of returning the product to us, if the goods are not damaged or faulty. If goods are returned under complaint you must notify us within 7 working days. We may replace the item or you may cancel the order and received a full refund. While you are in possession of the return goods you must keep them in good condition, clean and dry (Health & Safety Act). and ensure the goods are well packed to avoid damage on their return.
We are happy to help and advise customers. We shall have no liability to pay any monies to you by way of compensation, other than to refund you the amount paid by you, for the goods in question. We reserve the right to amend this returns policy under advice from Government appointed agencies. |
